Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant, Client Benefits to lead complex benefit implementations and deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will mentor teammates, drive process improvements, and handle high-complexity projects with strong collaboration across Sales, Payroll, and IT. Requires deep knowledge of benefits administration and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of benefit implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and administration processes.
• Experience with federal/state regulations related to benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefit implementation for new clients from initiation to go-live.
• Serve as primary benefits contact for clients during implementation.
• Provide guidance on configuration, eligibility, and carrier connections.
• Coordinate with Sales, Payroll, Integrations and other teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
• Identify risks and drive process improvements.
