Job summary

Roman Health Pharmacy LLC is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant, Client Benefits, to lead end-to-end benefits implementations for new clients. You will configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, and carrier connections while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

In this client-facing role, you will collaborate with Payroll, Sales, HR, and Operations to manage multiple projects, troubleshoot challenges, and mentor teammates to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of benefits implementation or benefits administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms (PrismHR preferred).
• Excellent client-facing and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead new client benefit implementations from start to finish.
• Serve as the primary client contact during implementation.
• Configure benefits, eligibility rules, and carrier integrations.
• Partner with Payroll, Sales, HR, and Operations teams.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges and support go-lives.
• Mentor team members and support process improvements.
