Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Benefits Implementation Consultant to guide new and existing clients through the configuration and ongoing use of benefits administration software. You will gather business requirements, configure system settings, coordinate implementation activities, conduct testing, and train end users to ensure a smooth production transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in benefits administration, HRIS, benefits technology, implementation consulting, account management or client-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, COBRA, FSA, HSA, retirement).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and requirements-gathering sessions to understand benefit programs and business objectives.
• Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, carrier connections, and system workflows for accurate setup.
• Coordinate implementation timelines, deliverables, and communications across clients and vendors.
• Conduct testing, QA reviews, and user acceptance testing prior to deployment.
• Deliver client training and knowledge transfer for admins and end users.
