Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant, Client Benefits to lead complex benefit implementations and ensure an exceptional client experience. You will mentor team members, support process improvements, and take on high-complexity projects with minimal supervision.

You will collaborate with Sales, Payroll, Integrations and other internal partners to ensure accurate configurations, regulatory compliance, and smooth go-lives while maintaining quality and timelines

Qualifications

• 5+ years in benefit implementation/administration or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; certifications preferred (PHR/SHRM-PCP/PMP).
• Proficiency with PrismHR and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefit implementations from initiation to go-live for new clients.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants on complex benefit scenarios.
• Coordinate with Sales, Payroll, Integrations and Client Relations for alignment and risk management.
