Job summary

Proliance Surgeons is seeking a Benefits Analyst to administer health, welfare, and retirement programs with a focus on audits, reconciliations, and data integrity. The role supports Dayforce workflows and vendor interactions while ensuring compliant payroll and benefits processes.

This 1.0 FTE remote position requires WA residency with occasional travel to Seattle. The analyst will partner with leave administration, manage enrollments, and assist with Open Enrollment planning and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• 6–8 years of professional experience in benefits administration, HR operations, payroll support, vendor management, or related HR program work.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Experience with Dayforce strongly preferred, including report building and data management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of group benefit programs, including Health & Welfare and Retirement plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and coverage updates.
• Execute bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly payroll, benefits, and HR audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Support payroll preparation related to benefit deductions, retroactivity, and reconciliation needs.
• Build, maintain, and optimize automated workflows and data processes to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
• Maintain Dayforce reporting and data validation to support audits and compliance.
• Review and reconcile vendor files and coordinate corrections with payroll, HR, and vendor partners.
• Coordinate ACA compliance activities and Form 1094-C / 1095-C preparation.
• Maintain documentation for benefits compliance and reporting.
• Support benefit-related education, communications, and campaigns.
• Assist Open Enrollment planning, system preparation, testing, and communications.
