Job summary

Darigold seeks a Senior Benefits Administrator to lead health and welfare programs, retirement plans and wellness initiatives from our Seattle corporate office. You will partner with the Senior Manager – Total Rewards to drive strategy, manage complex programs and ensure regulatory compliance across offerings.

You will own day‑to‑day operations, analyze benefits data, oversee vendor relationships and support communications and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in HR, Payroll, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain benefit administration inbox and vendor sites; provide superb customer service to employees, HRBPs and vendors.
• Monitor UKG file transfers, resolve errors, document updates and coordinate with UKG case management.
• Support annual open enrollment: update UKG, benefit guides, communication materials and data audits.
