Job summary

LCS Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for supporting health and welfare, retirement and leave programs across the organization. You will serve as a benefits and systems expert to ensure accurate plan administration, regulatory compliance, data integrity and effective employee support.

You’ll partner with HR and vendors to resolve complex issues, support open enrollment and benefit initiatives, improve processes, and deliver a superior benefits experience for employees.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of benefits administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of health, welfare and retirement plans.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems.
• Strong reporting and analytics skills with data reconciliation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration of health, welfare, retirement and leave programs.
• Ensure timely, compliant delivery and accurate enrollment data.
• Lead annual open enrollment planning, testing, communications, and post enrollment reconciliation.
• Administer the 401(k) plan and coordinate with recordkeeper/trustee.
• Develop benefit communications and educate employees.
