Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in credit cards and financial services.
• Experience in strategic thinking and framing business problems.
• Excellent analytical, technical and/or statistical skills with proven ability to translate large volumes of data.
• Market research experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop data‑driven business cases for new benefits‑related investments and partnerships.
• Conduct economic analysis of the customer benefits portfolio to assess profitability and ROI.
• Create omni‑channel marketing strategies to drive engagement and utilization.
• Develop analytical framework to solve complex business challenges related to benefits engagement.
• Make data‑driven recommendations to develop targeting strategies for communications and offers.
• Create an optimization framework to maximize ROI for the benefits portfolio and marketing budget.
• Lead and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of sound analytical approaches.
• Collaborate with Card Product, Marketing, Risk, Technology and external partners; exercise cross‑functional leadership.
• Leverage best practices and be the key analytics contact for the benefits space.
