Citi is seeking a VP Rewards Reengineering - Strategy and Analytics to lead data-driven rewards initiatives within USCC. You will translate customer insights into strategic recommendations, forecast financial impact, and partner with Product, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology and Operations.

Develop comprehensive Rewards strategy recommendations based on customer insights, forecasting financial impact, and regulatory awareness.
Evaluate new initiatives by developing financial sizings and assessing risk/reward tradeoffs.
Retrieve data and conduct data-driven analytics using SAS, SQL, Excel and other tools.
Develop robust forecasting and tracking capabilities and ensure quality control in Rewards processes.
Communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders.
