Responsibilities

• Lead Cards Acquisitions Analytics across channels for new prospects and existing customers.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns using analytical insights.
• Lead performance analytics to ensure strategies perform as expected.
• Deliver on testing agenda and explore new customer segments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Risk, and Technology to inform strategies.
• Manage a team and conduct performance evaluations and hiring decisions.
