Job summary

Citi is seeking a Lead Analyst, Acquisition Strategy & Performance Analytics to drive end-to-end performance management for its cobrand card partnerships, translating complex data into actionable growth strategies.

You will own dashboards, weekly updates, and executive-facing presentations, collaborating with Product, Channel Management, Risk, Finance, and external partners to optimize acquisition investments and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in financial services or marketing with a strong focus on program management and performance analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Tableau to build dashboards, analyze trends, and communicate findings.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to produce polished, senior-ready outputs.
• Broad knowledge of P&Ls and marketing investment management, connecting financial metrics to strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze acquisition performance KPIs using Adobe Analytics and Tableau, translating data into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain an acquisition performance dashboard with channel managers to surface meaningful trends.
• Deliver weekly performance updates identifying risks and opportunities against plan.
• Track financial metrics for acquisition marketing investments to align spend with performance outcomes.
• Prepare high-impact presentations for senior leadership and external partner reviews.
• Coordinate monthly marketing initiatives roadmap and test-and-learn plans with channel teams.
• Partner with competitive insights to sharpen acquisition strategy and differentiation.
