Job summary

Citi in New York, NY is seeking a senior analytics leader to drive Cards Acquisitions analytics across digital, direct mail, and other channels for both new prospects and existing customers within USCC portfolios.

You will lead omni-channel targeting strategies, campaign valuations, and performance analytics, collaborating with Marketing, Finance, Risk, and Technology to design data platforms that fuel growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience, including 8-10+ years' managerial experience.
• Analytics leader with experience in Credit Card Acquisitions across Digital, Paid Media, and Direct Mail channels.
• Must demonstrably understand data sources and analytic techniques used at scale in consumer finance.
• Experience leading cross-channel marketing, attribution, audience development, and targeting strategies.
• Excellent team player with ability to lead, partner, and negotiate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cards Acquisitions analytics across channels for new prospects and existing customers.
• Enable planning and execution of Cards Acquisitions marketing campaigns through analytical insights on targeting strategies and prospect valuations.
• Lead performance analytics efforts to ensure implemented strategies perform as expected.
• Deliver on testing agenda to enable continuous improvement and expansion into new customer segments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Risk, Technology to develop and implement Cards Acquisitions strategies.
• Manage a team of professionals, handling performance evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions; make decisions with impact on revenues and operations.
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards; supervise others and ensure accountability.
• Play key leadership role as senior member of USCC Analytics and Pricing team.
