Job summary

LCS is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to lead administration of health, retirement and leave programs across the organization. You will partner with HR and vendors to ensure accurate benefits data, compliant plans, and a positive employee experience.

You will oversee open enrollment, contribute to plan strategy, and manage data integrity, reporting, and communications for a broad benefits portfolio. A strong background in HRIS and benefits systems is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of benefits administration experience.
• Experience with plan configuration, data analysis, and reconciliation.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits systems.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills, including data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of health and welfare, retirement, and leave programs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal partners to resolve issues and support open enrollment.
• Assist compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, Section 125, and IRS requirements.
• Oversee annual open enrollment activities and system configurations.
• Administer the 401(k) plan including contributions and distributions.
• Provide support for NQDC plan administration and compliance.
• Administer FMLA, disability, and other leave programs in partnership with HR and third parties.
• Manage vendor data feeds and EDI 834 reconciliation.
• Process vendor invoices and support payments with Payroll and Finance.
• Develop benefit communications and education materials.
• Build relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
