Job summary

USAble Life is seeking a Senior HR Benefits & Leave Analyst to design, administer, and optimize our employee benefit and leave programs across the organization. You will partner with Payroll, Legal, HR, managers, employees, and vendors to ensure compliant, timely, and employee-focused service delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in benefits/leave administration, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience in benefits and leave administration, including health and welfare, retirement, disability, FMLA, and accommodation processes.

Responsibilities

• Designs, administers, and evaluates health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary benefit programs.
• Leads annual enrollment, including planning, system testing, vendor coordination, enrollment administration, communications, and issue resolution.
• Ensures accurate benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, leave hours, pay codes, and payroll deductions; audits data and coordinates corrections.
• Serves as SME for leaves of absence and accommodations, including ADA compliance, providing guidance to employees and managers.
• Manages end-to-end leave cases with third-party administrator (TPA) for FMLA, disability, parental, caregiver, and other leaves.
• Creates and presents clear communications to promote awareness of programs and offerings.
• Identifies opportunities to improve benefit and leave programs, processes, and service delivery.
• Collaborates with HRIS on system capabilities, configuration, testing, data integrity, interfaces, and reporting.
• Liaises with benefit, leave, and retirement vendors; monitors service delivery and program administration.
• Maintains benefits policies and documentation in compliance with federal and state laws.
• Maintains calendar of compliance requirements and ensures timely reporting and filings.
• Analyzes data to improve plans and employee experience.
• Leads employee well-being programming and ERG collaborations.
