Job summary

Professional Contract Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Benefits Manager to lead the benefits team, oversee health, welfare, and retirement plans, and manage leave programs.

You will ensure compliant and smoothly operating benefits programs while partnering with internal stakeholders and vendors across the organization. You will lead four team members, provide coaching, implement process improvements, and align benefits strategy with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of progressive benefits or total rewards experience in multi-state environments.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role within HR, benefits, or total rewards.
• Strong knowledge of health and retirement plans and leave management, with compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the benefits team and oversee design, evaluation, and optimization of health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs.
• Partner with People leadership to communicate and administer benefits aligned to organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, FMLA, COBRA, and related regulations; manage relationships with brokers and vendors.
• Oversee annual open enrollment, benefits budgeting, and data integrity across HRIS and vendor feeds.
• Provide data-driven reports and drive process improvements in benefits operations.
