Job summary

Life Care Services is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to support and enhance our benefits programs across the organization. You will combine your expertise in benefits administration, data analysis and problem solving to ensure our plans are effective, competitive, and easy for employees to navigate.

You will support health and welfare, retirement, and leave programs as a subject matter expert, ensuring accurate administration, regulatory compliance, and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of benefits administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of health and welfare and retirement plans.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of health and welfare, retirement, and leave programs.
• Lead open enrollment activities and system configurations.
• Administer the 401(k) plan including contributions and distributions.
• Develop benefit communications and training materials.
• Research benefit trends and ensure regulatory compliance.
