Job summary

LSI Industries seeks a Senior Benefits Specialist to oversee our benefit programs and provide exceptional service. You will lead Open Enrollment, collaborate with brokers and vendors, and drive enhancements to HRIS and processes, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

A strong analytical mindset and communication skills are essential. This on-site role in Blue Ash, OH, requires 5+ years of benefits administration experience and a Bachelor’s degree (CEBS a plus).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience administering employee benefit programs.
• Strong expertise in health and welfare plans, retirement plans, leave administration, and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems (ADP experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance or related field preferred; CEBS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of our comprehensive benefit programs with outstanding service and support.
• Lead annual Open Enrollment from planning and testing through implementation and post-enrollment audits.
• Partner with brokers, vendors and HR partners to improve benefit offerings and experience.
• Develop employee communications, educational materials, and wellness initiatives to maximize benefits.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA and related regulations.
