Qualifications

Advanced Excel skills required.
Formal education and 4+ years of Defined Benefits experience.
Ability to complete work with minimal supervision.
Project Management skills.

Responsibilities

Execute client-defined benefits processes with minimal leadership direction.
Research and respond to client/participant escalations (eligibility, data, service delivery).
Triaging intermediate system issues to ensure requirements are met.
Perform peer reviews on work from team members.
Interface with external client contacts to scope change work.
Lead change work across the full project lifecycle from Discovery to Go-Live.
