Qualifications

• Experience as a Benefits Analyst or Senior Benefits Analyst on resume.
• 7+ years in benefits administration, compliance, and systems analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS/Benefits platforms.
• Strong knowledge of 401(k) administration, remittances, and Open Enrollment.

Responsibilities

• System & Data Analysis: oversee benefits data, systems analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Open Enrollment & Compliance: lead annual Open Enrollment execution, vendor data flows, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• 401(k) & Remittance: manage 401(k) administration, funding, remittances, and audit preparation.
• Analytical HR Support: advanced Excel for auditing, analyzing, and optimizing programs and costs.
• Process Management: work independently to streamline benefits workflows and vendor remittances.
