Alera Group is seeking a Benefit Analyst to join our Employee Benefits team in a hybrid role. You will partner with Consultants and Producers to support benefit strategy, review client projects, and help manage complex accounts while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in employee benefits, strong analytical and communication skills, and a solid Excel foundation to analyze data, improve processes, and support client decisions across diverse benefit programs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in employee benefits or related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Consultants and Producers to support client benefit strategy and service initiatives.
• Review and monitor ongoing client projects, deliverables, and service requests.
• Assist in the management of complex employee benefits accounts and client engagements.
• Analyze benefits data, financial information, and plan performance to support client decision‑making.
• Research benefits, compliance, and industry‑related topics to support client needs.
• Review client communication materials and benefit documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal partners.
• Support special projects, reporting initiatives, and process improvement activities.
