Job summary

LCS is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to support and enhance our health and welfare, retirement, and leave programs for employees across the organization. You’ll apply expertise in benefits administration, data analysis, and problem solving to ensure accurate plan delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role partners with HR and vendors to resolve complex issues, lead open enrollment activities, administer the 401(k) and NQDC plans, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of benefits administration experience.
• Knowledge of health and welfare and retirement plans.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits systems.
• Strong Excel reporting and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CEBS/CBP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of health, retirement, and leave programs.
• Monitor benefits processes, identify risks, coordinate with partners.
• Support compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and IRS rules.
• Lead annual open enrollment activities and testing.
• Administer the 401(k) plan and NQDC program.
• Support time-away-from-work programs and leave requirements.
• Manage vendor data feeds and enrollment data accuracy.
• Prepare billing, reconciliation, testing, and documentation.
• Develop benefit communications and educational resources.
• Mentor junior analysts and maintain PHI confidentiality.
