Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and programmatic supervision to staff.
Review case management plans for quality assurance.
Develop guidelines for delivery of case management services and assign caseloads.
Coordinate and monitor staff activities.
Lead conferences to review cases and address issues.
Evaluate staff performance and take appropriate actions.
Participate in hiring, disciplinary actions, and policy development.
Represent staff needs to senior management and communicate policy changes.
Prepare internal operating procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
Determine staffing needs and monitor program resources.
Maintain records and produce regular reports.
Interact with community groups and partner agencies.
