• Monitors program efficacy and completes seasonal, quarterly and yearly reports.
• Reviews cases for accuracy and uniformity and identifies errors or problems.
• Maintains case records, prepares reports, and submits summaries as required.
• Explains programs and applicants' rights and responsibilities, and conducts follow-up as needed.
• Carries a caseload of complex public assistance cases and provides client support.
