Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network's SAILS Washington in Mukilteo, WA seeks a Clinical Behavioral Program Manager (BCBA or equivalent) to lead behavioral support services in supported living. The role develops PBSPs, monitors compliance, and trains residential staff.

You will collaborate with educators, guardians, and medical staff; require BCBA/LPC/MFT/LBA/BCaBA certification and at least three years of supervisory experience; strong data analysis and behavioral data management skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the listed certifications (BCBA, LPC, MFT, LBA or BCaBA).
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in related fields.
• Background check and licensing requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Observe clients on an individualized basis.
• Develop Initial PBSP and updates as needs change.
• Collect, organize, analyze and disseminate behavioral data.
• Train direct staff to the PBSP and review data weekly.
• Produce, review and modify PBSPs.
• Provide training to residential staff on clients’ behavioral plans.
• Attend client care committee meetings.
• Enter behavior data into Excel or other tracking software.
