Qualifications

• Board Certification in behavior analysis or equivalent licensure.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in social services.
• Experience delivering behavioral plans and staff training.
• Must pass background check and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial PBSP and updates as needs change.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate behavioral data.
• Train direct staff on PBSP and review data weekly.
• Provide training to residential staff on behavioral plans.
• Attend planning meetings and intake assessments.
• Enter data into Excel or tracking software for reporting.
