Qualifications

• Required: BCBA, LPC, MFT, LBA or BCaBA certification.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in social work, child care or related services.
• Must pass background checks and have driver’s license with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Observe clients individually and collect behavioral data.
• Develop initial PBSP and update as needs change.
• Train staff to PBSP and review data weekly to ensure adherence.
• Produce and modify PBSP; coordinate with residential staff on plans.
