Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent licensure.
• Licensed professional credentials (LPC/MFT/LBA).
• Minimum supervisory experience in social services with IDD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update PBSPs to meet client needs.
• Collect, analyze and disseminate behavioral data.
• Train direct staff on PBSPs and review data weekly.
• Ensure compliance for department with stakeholders.
