Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network’s SAILS Washington unit seeks a Clinical Behavioral Program Manager to lead regulatory compliance, PBSP development, and implementation of behavior support protocols for clients in supported living services.

The role requires BCBA or equivalent licensure (LPC/MFT/LBA/BCaBA) and at least three years of supervisory experience in related settings. The manager will supervise staff, collaborate with professionals, and ensure data-driven behavioral planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years supervisory experience in social work, child care or related field.
• Experience providing behavioral tech support to individuals with Autism or Developmental Disabilities.
• Board Certification (BCBA) or equivalent license/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial PBSP and updates as needs change.
• Train residential staff on behavioral plans and PBSPs.
• Collect, analyze and disseminate behavioral data for reporting and planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality of services.
