Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network seeks a Clinical Behavioral Program Manager (BCBA or equivalent) in Snohomish, WA to develop and implement behavioral plans. The role oversees PBSPs, trains residential staff, and ensures regulatory compliance for supported living services.

Requirements include BCBA or equivalent credential, 3+ years supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license. Position is full-time with benefits and workplace safety commitments.

Qualifications

• BCBA, LPC, MFT, LBA or BCaBA certification required.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in social work, child care, or related fields.
• Driver's license and vehicle required.
• Background check and licensing compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial PBSP and updates as needs change.
• Train direct staff on PBSP and review behavior data weekly.
• Collect, organize, analyze and disseminate behavioral data.
• Attend client care committee meetings and planning meetings for behavioral plans.
• Enter behavior data into tracking software for reporting.
