Job summary

SAILS Washington, part of Redwood Family Care Network, seeks a Clinical Behavior Program Manager (BCBA/LPC) in Everett, WA. You will develop and implement PBSPs, train staff, and ensure regulatory compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Must have one of the following licenses: BCBA, LPC, MFT, LBA, or BCaBA.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in social work, child care, or related fields.
• Experience providing behavioral support to individuals with IDD or autism.
• Must pass background check and possess driver's license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Observe clients individually and document progress.
• Develop PBSPs and update as needed.
• Collect, analyze and share behavioral data.
• Train staff on PBSPs and review data weekly.
• Create and modify PBSPs for clients.
• Provide training to residential staff on behavioral plans.
