Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network seeks a Clinical Behavioral Program Manager to lead the Supported Living Services program. This full-time role, based in Everett/North King County, focuses on regulatory compliance, PBSP development, and staff training to deliver high-quality behavioral support.

Qualified candidates hold BCBA, LPC, MFT, LBA, or BCaBA credentials and have at least three years of supervisory experience in care settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA, LPC, MFT, LBA or BCaBA credentials required.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience in social work, child care, or related fields.
• Background check and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial PBSP and updates as needs change.
• Train direct staff on PBSP and review data weekly.
• Collect, organize, analyze and disseminate behavioral data.
• Produce, review and modify PBSPs.
• Provide training to residential staff on behavioral plans.
• Attend client care committee meetings
• Ensure compliance with licensing and department policies
• Collaborate with teachers, guardians, caseworkers and medical staff
• Screen referrals and assist with intake assessments
• Enter behavior data into Excel or tracking software for reporting purposes
