Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a Clinical Behavioral Program Manager in Bothell, WA. The role requires BCBA/LBA or equivalent, supervisory experience, and expertise in developing and implementing behavior support plans for clients in supported living settings.

You will lead training, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with educators, guardians, and medical staff to optimize client outcomes. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA, LPC, MFT, LBA or BCaBA certification.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience in social work or support services.
• Experience delivering behavioral support and data-driven plans to individuals with IDD.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial PBSP and updates as client needs change.
• Train staff on PBSPs and review data weekly for accuracy.
• Collect, analyze and disseminate behavioral data for reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and care teams to ensure plan compliance.
• Enter behavior data into tracking software for annual and semi-annual reports.
