Job summary

SAILS Washington is seeking a Clinical Behavioral Program Manager (BCBA or likeminded certification) in Everett, WA. The role leads the training program for supported living services and ensures regulatory compliance, developing and updating PBSPs for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The candidate will supervise staff, collect and analyze behavioral data, and coordinate with guardians, teachers and medical specialists to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA or equivalent certification required.
• LPC / MFT / LBA / BCaBA certifications accepted.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in social work, child care, or support staff roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Washington SAILS training program operations.
• Develop Initial PBSP and updates as needs change.
• Collect, analyze and disseminate behavioral data.
• Train residential staff to PBSP and review data weekly.
• Provide training on behavioral plans to staff.
• Attend client care committee meetings and planning meetings.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Support Director and stakeholders.
• Enter data for annual/semi-annual reporting.
