Responsibilities

• Lead BDR team responsible for outbound prospecting and setting qualified opportunities.
• Lead weekly reviews with BDR team and 1:1s with team members.
• Measure and continually improve process and performance; challenge status quo.
• Communicate with sales leadership to ensure pipeline targets are met.
• Build out predictable reporting/forecasting for BDR team performance.
• Collaborate with marketing to create and implement programs.
• Coach team in the use of Salesforce, Outreach.io, DiscoverOrg.
