Confidential is seeking a Business Development Representative in the Pittsburgh area to drive outbound prospecting, identify prospective clients, and secure qualified appointments with senior leaders. The role focuses on opening new opportunities and building pipeline rather than closing deals.

You will research accounts, follow up on generated leads, and maintain thorough prospect records while collaborating with leadership and marketing on growth initiatives.

Formación

• Experience in business development, sales development, inside sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or a related client-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to research prospective accounts and identify key decision-makers.
• Strong communication with executives and business leaders.
