Job summary

Sage in Atlanta is seeking a BDR Manager to mentor a team of 7–8 outbound sales professionals and drive new customer acquisition. You will coach through live sessions, reviews, and role plays, partnering with sales management and marketing to execute targeted campaigns.

The role requires a BS/BA in a related field and 4+ years in B2B sales, with strong Salesforce and Outreach skills. This is a hybrid position with in-office three days per week at Ponce City Market.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
• Four+ years in B2B telemarketing, sales development or inside sales management with quota achievement.
• Proven ability to build a high-volume outbound prospecting pipeline and engage C-Level executives.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of 7–8 Outbound Business Development Professionals focused on new customer acquisition.
• Lead training through live coaching, one-on-one reviews, role play, and group call reviews.
• Partner with sales management, marketing, and other teams to develop vertical outbound campaigns.
• Provide weekly reporting on outbound strategy motion and conversions to qualified prospects and opportunities.
