Qualifications

• 3+ years BDR/SDR experience
• 6–12 months of management experience (preferred)
• Experience in SaaS / EMR Health tech (preferred)
• Growth mindset and people leadership skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work autonomously

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop BDRs with regular 1:1s and role plays
• Drive team activity and quota attainment
• Lead by example in prospecting and messaging
• Monitor metrics like calls, demos, and pipeline
• Support onboarding and ramp for new BDRs
• Collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and Sales Leadership
