Job summary

Nexl Pty Ltd in Utah seeks a hands-on Senior BDR Leader to scale our US outbound pipeline. You will manage 4–6 BDRs, coach them in blocks, and participate in calls to demonstrate best practices that convert into meetings and opportunities.

You’ll hire, onboard, and align with Marketing and AEs, setting SLAs and standards to drive meetings, pipeline, and revenue for a growing SMB/enterprise-focused practice.

Qualifications

• 1+ years managing an SDR or BDR team in B2B SaaS
• Experience building or scaling a BDR team at an early-stage company
• Success as a BDR or AE yourself, and able to coach others

Responsibilities

• Own meetings booked, meetings held, and opportunities created by the BDR team; forecast weekly to Head of Sales.
• Run call blocks and live coaching; conduct weekly 1:1s focused on building skills.
• Set activity and quality standards across calls, emails, and LinkedIn; address gaps quickly.
• Build and refine sequences, talk tracks, and objection handling for each law firm persona.
