Job summary

Boom is hiring a Senior BDR in Austin to own the top of the funnel, driving outbound motion to property managers and ownership groups. You’ll collaborate with AEs, GTM leadership, and Marketing to shape outbound/inbound strategy and mentor peers.

You’ll build target account lists, write effective sequences, and guide prospects from first contact to qualified meetings, while maintaining CRM hygiene and contributing to the talent pipeline as Boom grows.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS with outbound ownership
• Track record of meeting or beating a meetings-set quota
• Strong phone chops and comfort with demos
• Self-direction in a fast‑moving environment
• Proficiency with modern prospecting stack (CRM, sequences, enrichment)
• High ownership and attention to detail
• PropTech, property management, or tenant screening experience is a plus
• Desire to learn and grow within the organization

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting to property managers, operators, and ownership groups
• Pipeline generation with a monthly qualified‑meeting target
• Segment strategy with AEs across SFR, MFH, and Multifamily
• Messaging and testing for sequences, props, and channels
• Multi‑threading to reach decision makers across operations and finance
• Inbound qualification of marketing leads for fit, need, and timing
• Attend conferences and regional events to pre-book meetings
• Provide AEs with context: pain, stakeholders, next steps
• CRM discipline and data hygiene as part of the job
• Peer coaching and onboarding for junior SDRs
