Job summary

kapa.ai Inc. is seeking a Senior BDR to join our Commercial team in New York City. You will drive pipeline generation by owning outbound outreach to technical leaders at high-value accounts and scheduling discovery calls for Account Executives.

You will shape our messaging, segmentation, and cadences, and contribute to how we scale the outbound motion. The role offers the chance to grow into AE or leadership within 12 months.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years SDR/BDR experience with a track record of exceeding quota.
• Proven success with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Based in NYC to co-locate with our east coast team (including founders).

Responsibilities

• Own outreach to technical leaders at high-value accounts.
• Book discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Contribute to messaging, segmentation, and cadences; refine outbound processes.
• Collaborate with founders and the broader GTM team.
