TENEX.AI in Sarasota, FL is hiring a Senior BDR to scale outbound efforts and coach a team of BDRs. You will own your pipeline while building sequences, tooling, and playbooks to accelerate the entire team.

We seek someone with a proven track record in enterprise B2B sales development, quota attainment, and mentoring reps. You’ll leverage Clay, Apollo, and modern data tools to drive repeatable, high-velocity outreach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise B2B sales development experience.
• Top-performing BDR/SDR track record with quota attainment and mentoring reps.
• Demonstrated mastery of Clay, Apollo workflows and related tools.
• Strong process and analytical mindset; optimize the funnel, not just work it.

Responsibilities

• Master and model the modern BDR stack across Apollo, Clay, and CRM.
• Build enrichment workflows at scale to source, score, and personalize outreach.
• Prioritize the right accounts using intent and data tools.
• Automate manual work by wiring tools and using AI for research and sequencing.
• Hit a personal pipeline target while coaching a team of BDRs.
• Share effective sequences and messaging through reviews and 1:1s.
• Ramp new reps quickly by onboarding the stack and process.
• Coach with data using call analytics to drive targeted fixes.
