Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a senior leader in Business Development – Strategy & Program Development to drive enterprise strategy, program development and new business growth. This role interfaces with executive leadership and across sectors to shape and execute growth initiatives.

The selected candidate will lead multi-functional teams, craft pursuit plans, and engage with government customers to translate mission needs into differentiating solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Master's degree with 7+ years of experience or PhD with 4+ years.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop winning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategy, program development, and new business growth opportunities.
• Drive portfolio management and pipeline growth across programs and customers.
• Coordinate with engineering, program management, finance, legal and government relations.
• Develop mission discriminators through innovative architectures and tech strategies.
• Represent the company with senior government and industry stakeholders.
