Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a seasoned Business Development leader to drive opportunities in space and communications programs. You will lead cross‑functional teams, shape capture plans, and engage senior government and international partners to translate mission needs into discriminating, affordable solutions.

The role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering growth across national security space, DoD, USSF, and allied markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of combined experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with a master’s degree, in roles spanning business development, capture management, and proposal development.
• 5+ years of direct experience in capture management, business development, and/or proposal leadership for defense/aerospace or national security space programs.
• Current and active Top Secret/SCI security clearance at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for a portfolio of advanced communications programs and pursuits across DoD, USSF, MDA, IC, commercial, and international markets.
• Influence internal investment planning and shape priorities aligned with pipeline opportunities and customer roadmaps.
• Convene and lead multi-functional teams to develop mission discriminators and discriminating, cost-effective solutions.
