Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a senior leadership role in Business Development – Strategy & Program Development (MDC2). The role drives enterprise strategy, program development, and growth for advanced communications programs, interacting with DoD customers and internal stakeholders to shape mission-focused solutions.

The position requires a Top Secret/Secret clearance, 10+ years in defense BD or related fields, and the ability to manage multi-functional teams while guiding investment and capture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field with 10 years' experience.
• Master's degree in business, engineering or related field with 7 years' experience.
• PhD in business, engineering or related field with 4 years' experience.
• Active DoD Secret or Top-Secret clearance or higher (with CI or ongoing eval).

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for a portfolio of advanced communications programs and pursuits across MDC2.
• Manage and grow the opportunity pipeline with DoN, Navy, DoD labs, and adjacent markets.
• Oversee all aspects of the Business Acquisition Process, including growth strategy and capture plans.
