Job summary
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Business Development 3 to drive enterprise strategy, program development, and new business growth for the MDC2 portfolio, including E-2D Production, Sustainment, and Future Development. This role partners with executive leadership to shape campaigns and pursue defense opportunities while ensuring compliance and high-impact results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master/PhD with required years experience as per basic qualifications.
- 10+ years in business development, strategy, capture or PM in defense/aerospace.
- Active DoD Secret or Top-Secret clearance or currently in Continuous Evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development for MDC2 portfolio including DoN, Navy, and adjacent markets.
- Oversee all aspects of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP) and drive capture plans.
- Develop and communicate mission discriminators through innovative architectures and cost solutions.
- Convene cross-functional teams to shape investment priorities and strategy.
- Represent the company at conferences and with senior government stakeholders.
