Northrop Grumman Corp. (AU) seeks a Manager 3, Business Development – Strategy & Program Development (MDC2) to drive enterprise BD strategy and new business growth for advanced communications programs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, influence investments, and build strong government relationships to shape future capabilities. You will engage DoN and Navy stakeholders, develop discriminating proposals, and supervise a diverse team to achieve growth targets while ensuring compliance with

Qualificações

: Must have a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field with 10 years’ experience OR a master’s with 7 years OR a PhD with 4 years;
: Minimum 10 years in business development, strategy, capture management, or program management in defense or aerospace;
: Knowledge of DoD War and U.S. Navy procurement processes;
: Experience with E-2D, MDC2, and/or C2 mission requirements;
: Proven track record in leading and developing winning strategies;
: Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams;
: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
: Must have an active DoD Secret or Top-Secret clearance (or ongoing BI/Clearance updates)

Responsabilidades

Lead business development for MDC2 portfolio and coordinate across program teams.
Grow opportunity pipeline through outreach to DoN, Navy, DoD labs, and adjacent markets.
Oversee all aspects of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP) including strategy, qualification, pursuit, and review gates.
Engage with customers and government representatives; translate mission needs into differentiating solutions.
Develop briefs, white papers, and RFI responses articulating mission value and technical advantages.
Craft and execute BD strategies for key markets and influence investment planning.
Lead multi-functional teams to develop discriminators through architectures and cost solutions.
Ensure compliance with company standards and government regulations.
