Job summary

Flintco Renewables in the United States seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive opportunities in utility-scale solar and battery energy storage system projects. You will build senior-level relationships with developers, IPPs, utilities, asset owners, data center and energy infrastructure customers, investors, and other stakeholders to pursue EPC opportunities and related projects.

Owns assigned opportunities from qualification through proposal development and contract award,

Qualifications

Typically 7+ years of progressive business development or related experience in utility-scale renewable energy.
Experience collaborating with preconstruction, estimating, engineering, procurement, legal, and operations teams.
Direct experience with utility-scale solar EPC pursuits and BESS opportunities preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a targeted business development plan for utility-scale solar, standalone and co-located BESS, and related renewable energy infrastructure.
Build, maintain, and expand senior-level relationships with developers, IPPs, utilities, asset owners, data center and energy infrastructure customers, consultants, and project decision-makers.
Lead pursuit strategy, go/no-go decisions, win themes, and internal action plans.
