Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive post-construction services growth for utility-scale wind, PV solar, and BESS assets across the Americas.

You will leverage an existing network of asset owners, operators, IPPs, utilities, and developers to generate leads, secure long-term service contracts, expand existing accounts, and achieve revenue goals. The role emphasizes relationship-building, proposal development, and cross-functional collaboration with RES teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, able to lead proposals and client meetings.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking across multiple accounts.
• Analytical skills for cost modeling and win strategies.
• Experience using CRM for pipeline management and reporting.
• Ability to create compelling presentations for stakeholders and clients.
• Proven ability to build strategic partnerships across multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and account management for post-construction services in renewable energy assets.
• Develop and promote win strategies; manage RFPs and go/no-go discussions.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients; upsell/cross-sell services.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to prepare winning proposals and presentations.
• Manage sales pipeline and campaigns using CRM; report progress to leadership.
• Represent RES at industry events and ensure timely communication with clients.
