SB Energy is seeking a Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar PV, BESS, and PV+BESS projects from mid-stage development through construction, commissioning, and handoff to Asset Management and O&M. You will own scope, budget, schedule, risk, and team performance across office and field teams.

As the lead, you will coordinate EPC contracts, interconnection, financing, and compliance, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of PM on large-scale energy/infrastructure projects.
• Experience with EPC, contracts, budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• PMP certification or willingness to obtain within one year.

Responsabilités

• Lead mid-stage development through construction and handoff to O&M.
• Own project scope, budget, schedule, risk, and team performance.
• Develop integrated schedules; manage critical paths and dependencies.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, legal, and finance; manage notices and changes.
• Coordinate financing milestones and reporting; maintain project records.
• Handover documentation, warranties, and training to Asset Management.
