Flintco Renewables in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to lead utility-scale solar PV and BESS opportunities. Build and expand relationships with developers, IPPs, utilities, asset owners, and investors, guiding pursuits from market intelligence through contract award.

Coordinate with preconstruction, estimating, engineering, procurement, legal, and operations to craft competitive EPC proposals and manage CRM-driven pipelines.

Formación

• Knowledge of renewable project lifecycle including site control, interconnection, and financing milestones.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to work with executives and technical teams.
• Ability to qualify opportunities, assess pursuit risk, and translate requirements into strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a targeted business development plan for utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Build and expand senior-level relationships with developers, IPPs, utilities, and asset owners.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to evaluate project requirements and shape competitive EPC proposals.
• Lead or coordinate RFPs/RFQs and support negotiations and contract development.
• Represent Flintco Renewables at industry events and client meetings.
